GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This stylish, clean, uncluttered 2 bedroom with loft condo has 14 foot high ceilings, two skylights and sleeps up to 8 people. It is located in a secure, gated community two miles from the world famous Huntington Beach Pier and 25 minutes away by freeway from Disneyland. It has been recently remodeled and redecorated and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer, and a balconey that overlooks one of the three community pools with heated jacuzzis. A property manager resides in the community and is available to help guests with any questions or concerns they might have,or to quickly address any problems that might arise. There is a computer dedicated to the use of guests, a fax, printer, scanner, and copier, internet access, WI FI access, 2 televisions, a DVD and VCR player, cable television and an extensive library of general interest DVDs and videos. All bath towels, beach towels and bed linens are provided free of charge along with a parking space. There is a shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, video rentals etc. located directly behind the community. The beach and pier area, a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away, is filled with small boutiques,restaurants and bars. Besides going to the pool or the beach, there are many other activities in the area, including surfing,kayaking, horseback riding and bike riding. The Orange County area is also known for great shopping, and several of the largest shopping malls in Southern California are a short drive from the condo.  The
living room sofa opens into a queen sized bed. The sliding glass
doors open out onto the patio with balconey overlooking the pool.
There is a working fireplace and logs are provided. The television
is equipped with cable and a dvd player. There is a library of
general interest DVDs and videos available for guests, as well
as a video rental store (Blockbuster) in the Seacliff shopping
center directly across the street from the condo.

The
dining room table extends to seat 8 people and there is table
service, cutlery and glassware for 8 people as well.

The kitchen contains a stove, oven, microwave, refridgerator with freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a toaster, a coffee maker, a coffee grinder, a blender, a waffle maker, a kitchen aid, and a hand mixer. 3 cookbooks and a full set of pots and pans for cooking and baking are provided, as well as all necessary knives and cooking utensils. Sugar, tea, a wide variety of spices, oil and vinegar are stocked in the cupboard. |

This bedroom has an adjustable bed that can either be set up as a twin sized bed, or as a king sized bed. There are three deep dresser drawers built into the bedframe. There is also a ceiling fan and a large closet equipped with wooden hangers. There is a Pictionary Game and a Scrabble game in the closet as well.  |

second bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and sink. |

Lit
by skylights, the loft area contains a futon bed that pulls out
into a queen sized bed, a standing lamp, a desk with chair, and
two dressers. There is also a small closet on the stair landing.
